This program includes 8 seventy-five minute sessions for $825.00
This program must be completed within a 3 month time frame.
Payment options include:
- Receive a 10% discount when you pay in full prior to beginning the program

This program includes 4 seventy-five minute sessions for $450.00 Payment in full is required before beginning this program.

This program includes six 75 minute sessions for $750.00
Payment options include:
- A 10% discount if paid in full prior to starting the program

Payment structure:
- PayPal (a safe, secure payment system) allows you to pay by credit card or bank account withdrawal
- Personal Check
- Cash
- All sessions will be paid for in advance or at the beginning of the session,
- If you are paying through PayPal, your card will be charged at the beginning of your session(s), and there will be a written agreement that I am entitled to do so.
- If you are paying with a check and there is a NSF attached, I will add a $35.00 charge to your bill that must be paid before beginning your next session.
I certainly understand that "things" come up and you have to change or cancel your appointment. If you notify me by phone or e-mail within 24 hours of your appointment, you will not be charged. However, if you fail to notify me within that 24 hour period, you will be charged through PayPal or if paying by check, I expect payment for my lost time before we begin our next session. I realize emergencies do occur. These will be handled on an individual basis.
Additional Policies
The client is expected to be on time for their session. If the client is late, the session will only last as long as the scheduled session. If the coach is late, the client is entitled to his/her full session.
The coach may terminate the client/coach relationship for the following reasons:
- Client does not pay the agreed fees
- Client is not truthful
- Client demonstrates a pattern of canceling sessions
- Client demonstrates a pattern of not doing the work necessary to reach his/her stated vision
- Coach feels that the relationship is not benefiting the client
